I'm not impressed with the quality of information Wowhead is publishing nowadays. This is not the first time and I know this will not be my last.
I was going around in circles for 3 hours waiting for all 9 Elemental Links to drop. Only to find I'm only allowed to have 3 in my bag.
So, if you're questing in the Drak'Sotra Fields, make sure you collect the 3 Elemental Links, combine them and summon the Watery Lord within the area.
